Labeling - high school to present day

What were you labeled as in high school era?
What are you presently labeled as now?
How come? What are the reasons?

examples:

For the questions above, this can be from your personal view, how others see you, or from what you've been told, etc.

I know some may disagree with this topic and its questions, but I thought it would be interesting to at least explain the classification you fit best in.
I'm curious if people are accurate if/when they make judgement about you, based off your appearance, attitude, first impression, etc.

Even though labeling and stereotypes come with vast negativity, they're still beneficial to a certain degree as well.

Labeling.

I was a metal head/goth/nerd/popular/flirt. I still am. Minus the metal head bit. I grew out of the "METAL IS THE ONLY MUSIC" phase many many years ago.

Edit: Oh yeah. Why. Because it's who I am.

I can't recall ever being labelled as anything in high school, except maybe nerd. I wasn't popular, but I wasn't unpopular I guess. That's still the case today. I'm not some popular, cutesy sorority girl, but people still like me. I'm a nerd, but I dress like a girly hipster most of the time. I'm just unique, mkay? :p

my friends and i were dubbed as the neeks -- portmanteau word of nerd and geek -- just cuz we were the most academically successful guys in our year group. a few ppl also thought we were goody two-shoes, but i found that dumb since we got into trouble and fights a fair amount of times, and the most rebellious thing to do: not do homework.

It truly was a Shawshank redemption

I've never really had much of a label. I guess in school I was a nerd, since me and my friends would play Pokemon a lot during lunch breaks, but we also played a lot of football too. Now, I wouldn't fall into any label. I just am. I think when you leave school, labels pretty much disappear. They're something that younger people latch onto when they're searching for their identity, but then you grow up and realise that everyone is just who they are, no labels necessary.

I also find that labelling yourself as a certain thing narrows the way you experience life. You're too focused on checking off all the things on the list of whatever label you want to be that you don't open yourself to everything that doesn't fall onto that list, and you miss out on things that you might otherwise have enjoyed.

I have no idea what people labelled me as. Probably a retard or a spaz. I dunno.

Don't think I had any label really. I played a lot of sports, smoked a lot of weed, and took a lot of AP classes. So I was a jock, stoner, nerd I guess....no label for that lol.

Band Nerd. I played the saxophone and my life revolved around the band program.

I'm too old for labels now. Once you get into University and past that, labels mean nothing, and labeling others is a sign of immaturity.

Greetings. I will be your waifu this season.

Used to be weirdo, creep, freak, shorty, psycho.

Now basically nobody knows me so my reputation has been reset essentially. Actually get nice looks from people and cashiers have conversations with me, hiding away from the world was a success.

Still short though but nobody says anything so doesn't count!

I don't know what other people labelled me, but if I had to guess, I was that naive, sheltered, smart, and quiet kid that no one knew anything about. My shyness/quietness was probably why I was voted quietest among my graduating class

I spent my free time mostly on video games (f***ing runescape) and studying math and physics beyond what was taught in class. I literally finished 90% of Stewart's calculus and Boyce and Diprima's differential equations by my own choosing, and have the notebooks somewhere back home to prove it...
